Beer Capitol Distributing LLC in Sussex, WI is hiring Delivery Drivers to move and deliver beer and liquor to customer accounts across 17 Wisconsin counties. A Class A CDL and a clean driving record are required; drivers unload up to 500 cases daily, with weights up to 160 lbs, and merchandise displays in accounts.

The role offers a 4-day work week (Tue-Fri), start times between 5:00am-6:00am, end times between 3:00pm-5:00pm, and a $29.00/hour pay plus a $5,000 sign-on bonus.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Deliver pre-ordered brands and products to customer locations across 17 counties in Wisconsin.

Beer Capitol in Sussex, WI is now hiring Delivery Drivers. This position is responsible for physically moving and delivering beer and/or liquor to customer accounts. Our Delivery Drivers consistently move 40-160 lbs of product constantly throughout the day and physically merchandise all beer and liquor products at our accounts.

A Class A CDL is required for our Delivery Drivers, as well as a clean driving record.

Schedule:

4-Day Work Week! Tuesday through Friday, start times are between 5:00am - 6:00am, end times between 3:00pm - 5:00pm (start and end times will vary due to seasonality; flexibility in the morning and afternoon is a must).

Compensation:

$29.00/hour

$5,000 Sign-On Bonus for Class A CDL Delivery Drivers

• Physically unloading and on average moving up to 500 cases of product per day, some product weighing up to 160 lbs. in customer accounts

Requirements:

Skills and Abilities:

• Class A CDL License is required
• An up-to-date Federal Medical Card is required
• Excellent inter-personal skills; friendly, personable, and approachable
• A self-motivator, attentive to detail
• Ability to work well with others and communicate with all levels of the organization including merchandisers and sales team
• Ability to work independently

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to lift, move, carry, push and pull up to 40 pounds on a regular basis and up to 160 pounds on an occasional basis
• Ability to sit for long periods of time while driving
• Ability to twist, turn, crouch, stoop, and squat repeatedly throughout the workday
