Job summary

Frank Beverage Group is hiring a Class A CDL Delivery Driver in the United States, Wisconsin, Town of Milton. Working Tuesday to Friday on four 10-hour shifts, you will enjoy a three-day weekend every week and start wages at $27.00 per hour.

You will deliver beer and liquor to customer accounts, unload up to 800 cases daily (up to 160 lbs), merchandise displays, and build strong customer relationships while ensuring accurate deliveries and documentation.

Qualifications

• Class A CDL license and Fed Med is required.
• Safe driving record per company safety standards.
• Forklift and pallet jack certification required.
• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent required.

Looking for a full-time career with competitive pay, a four-day workweek, and a three-day weekend every week? Frank Beverage Group is hiring a Class A CDL Delivery Driver!

As a Delivery Driver, you’ll be out on the road delivering beer and liquor to customer accounts, building relationships along the way, and making sure products are stocked, organized, and ready to sell. No two stops are exactly the same, so you’ll get plenty of variety throughout your day.

This is a hands‑on, active role. You’ll regularly handle products weighing approximately 30–160 lbs. and navigate stairs, ramps, curbs, and other obstacles while making deliveries. Once you arrive, you’ll also merchandise our beer and liquor products, making sure displays are looking their best and products are where customers expect to find them.

Key Job Responsibilities:

• Deliver pre‑ordered products to various customers within our distribution territory.
• Unload and transport an average of 800 cases of products daily, with some items weighing up to 160 lbs, at customer accounts.
• Stock, rotate, and merchandise products, as well as create displays at customer locations.
• Establish and maintain positive relationships with customers.
• Ensure accurate product delivery and provide necessary documentation, including invoices and receipts.
• Additional duties as assigned.

Requirements

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Understanding of effective communication strategies across all levels of an organization, including with merchandisers and the sales team.
• Knowledge of basic math, reading, writing, and English comprehension necessary for completing daily tasks.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to be friendly, personable, and approachable.
• Self‑motivated and detail‑oriented, with a focus on maintaining high standards.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with others and work independently.
• Punctuality and preparedness to begin work on time.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience required.
• Class A CDL License and Fed Med is required.
• Safe driving record that meets the standards set by the FBG Safety Team.
• Forklift and electric pallet jack certification required.

Physical Requirement Summary:

• Ability to regularly lift, move, carry, push, and pull up to 40 pounds, including up and down stairs, and occasionally lift up to 160 pounds.
• Capable of sitting for extended periods while driving.
• Ability to twist, turn, crouch, stoop, and squat repeatedly throughout the workday.
