Job summary

Ultipro is seeking a General Utility-Packing & Inspection worker for the 1st shift in Wisconsin. The role involves breaking down sub primals, trimming and slicing beef to customer specifications, using knives and related tools, and ensuring safety and quality standards are met.

The position is full-time and on-site, with training provided. You will report to the lead and must be able to work in a high-paced environment while maintaining yields and adhering to GMPs.

Qualifications

• Requires knife handling ability and dicing/breakdown of sub primals to spec.
• Follow GMPs and safety procedures in a food manufacturing setting.
• Able to operate and maintain trimming equipment and perform weekly sharpening if needed.

Responsibilities

• Break down, trim, and slice sub primals to customer specs.
• Work as an individual contributor without direct reports.
• Maintain high yields in a fast-paced meat processing environment.
