Qualifications

• Must be able to read, write and speak English.
• Must be at least 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Monitor carcasses and processing aids used in slaughter.
• Check spray nozzle patterns and perform visual inspections.
• Assist with sampling and perform pre-operational inspections.

Skills

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Knowledge of HACCP Process

Experience with email communications

Microsoft Office (Excel)

Ability to withstand extreme hot/cold environments
