American Foods Group is seeking a QA Sorter Lead to oversee carcass and carcass part sorting activities and identify abnormal conditions or defects before online inspectors. This role focuses on supervising QA sorters and assisting with qualifications and ongoing training.
The position requires leadership in the QA sorter department, adherence to safety and processing specifications, and collaboration with production teams in a fast-paced environment.
The QA sorter lead will conduct carcass and carcass part sorting activities and identify any abnormal conditions or defects before carcasses and their parts are presented to online inspectors. This person will focus on overseeing the QA sorters and assist with their qualifications and ongoing training.
