• HACCP, GMP and SSOP understanding with strong labeling knowledge.
• Experience supervising QA in meat processing and regulatory audits.
• Ability to work with government agencies and customers.

Responsibilities

• Annotate and update regulatory documents, programs and records.
• Lead QA team and manage audits and inspections.
• Ensure HACCP/GMP/SSOP compliance and food safety practices.
• Coordinate with plant management and customers on quality issues.
• Develop and implement quality control procedures.
