Greater Omaha Packing Co is hiring Knife Laborers to perform precision trimming, boning, and processing of beef products in Omaha, NE. The role requires careful handling of knives and adherence to safety and quality standards.

Ideal candidates have prior meat processing experience, strong attention to detail, and reliable attendance. You will work on a fast-paced production line and must be able to stand for long periods while wearing PPE and following all safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ and legally eligible to work in the United States.
• Willing to relocate to Omaha, NE.
• Able to stand for long shifts on concrete floors.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and perform repetitive motions.
• Willing to wear PPE and work around sharp tools and hot environments.

Responsibilities

• Use knives and cutting tools to trim, bone, and process beef products.
• Maintain cleanliness and organize work area while following safety rules.
• Follow product specs, quality standards, and USDA/sanitation requirements.
• Support efficient production flow on moving lines and conveyors.
• Assist with keeping tools sharpened, sanitized, and properly stored.
• Adhere to safety protocols and wear required PPE at all times.
