Job summary

Greater Omaha Packing Co is hiring for production general labor roles in our beef processing facility. You will work across Harvest, Fabrication, Ground Beef, Packaging, and other areas, rotating as needed in a fast-paced environment. Must be comfortable with knives and heavy equipment and able to stand for long shifts.

Starting pay ranges hourly with attendance incentive; top pay includes higher rates. Benefits include medical/dental/vision, 401(k) with match, education assistance, childcare

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Cut, trim, fabricate, process, or package beef products on a production line.
• Operate knives, hooks, cutting tools, saws, and other powered equipment.
• Lift, push, pull, or carry up to 50 lbs. (up to 100 lbs in some roles).
• Bend, stoop, twist, reach, grasp, push, pull, walk, crouch, and perform repetitive motions.
• Follow safety practices, sanitary procedures, humane handling requirements, and regulatory standards.
• Rotate between jobs as needed and work all scheduled hours including weekends and overtime.
