Job summary

You will lead up to 150 employees, enforce food safety procedures, optimize cooler workflows, and drive continuous improvements in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must be able to communicate clearly in English & Spanish (written and verbal).
• Proficient in mathematics and able to perform basic calculations.
• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• Experience supervising large teams; ability to manage up to 150 employees.
• Familiarity with GMPs, safety rules, and food safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Cooler operations and related areas; supervise up to 150 staff.
• Ensure all personnel follow food safety procedures and PPE requirements.
• Prepare and maintain pre-operational paperwork; ensure sanitation before shifts.
• Coach and develop employees; enforce policies and address unsafe acts.
• Meet volume goals while reducing costs and improving yields.
