Responsibilities

• Supervise daily shipping and receiving operations, ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment of orders.
• Coordinate with inventory systems to track stock levels and manage inventory control.
• Operate forklifts and RF scanners following OSHA safety protocols.
• Lead and train shipping staff with guidance and performance feedback.
• Implement lean improvements to streamline shipping processes.
• Monitor the WMS to track shipments and order accuracy.
• Ensure compliance with HACCP, GMP, OSHA, and USDA regulations.
• Collaborate with logistics providers to optimize routes and schedules.
• Maintain shipping documentation and prepare performance reports.
• Conduct regular safety audits and enforce safety standards.
