Job summary

H2ajobs is seeking workers to feed and care for beef cattle, monitor water and feed supplies, and move livestock between pastures. The role requires attention to animal health, basic medical care, and safe handling of livestock.

Housing is employer-provided and meals are provided; candidates must have English proficiency, be able to work outdoors in extreme temperatures, and pass a background check. Prior farm experience is preferred and a driver’s license is required within 30 days of hire.

Qualifications

• 3 months of experience in livestock farming.
• Must be able to obtain a driver's license within 30 days.
• Ability to work in extreme temperatures and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Must be able to pass drug screen and background check.

Responsibilities

• Feed and monitor livestock and water supplies; move animals between pastures and enclosures.
• Inspect animals for illness, injury, or disease and administer basic medical care as directed.
• Maintain housing, fences, pens, and equipment; operate or repair farm machinery as needed.
• Assist with breeding and reproductive tasks, and ensure safe handling of animals and products.
