Job summary

Arkansas State University-Beebe is seeking Federal Work Study students for the Beebe Campus Advising & Learning Center. Three students are needed for Fall 2026 and Spring 2027 terms at 15 hours/week. Duties include answering the phone, scheduling advising appointments, assisting with walk-in traffic, data entry, and filing/scanning intake forms.

Minimum FAFSA completion is required. Basic computer skills are needed; customer service or office experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Completion of FAFSA is required.
• Basic computer skills; ability to operate basic office equipment such as copier, scanner, phone, etc.
• Experience with customer service or office environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Answer the phone.
• Schedule advising appointments.
• Assist with walk-in traffic and direct students to the correct department/specialist.
• Data entry.
• Filing and/or scanning intake forms.
• Sanitize work stations and computers.
• Perform any other duties as assigned.
