Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform 12-hour shifts for wound care, IV administration, medication management and patient assessments.
• Provide visits and hourly shifts as scheduled.
• Deliver shift-based care for patients needing extended clinical support.
• Monitor and document patient condition; update care plans with physicians.
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant records and infection control standards.
