Family Pillars Homecare, LLC is seeking Registered Nurses and/or LPNs for immediate openings in Fort Pierce, Florida. Shifts are 12 hours, day and night, with 7am–7pm and 7pm–7am slots currently available.

This is a 24/7 bedside care role at the hospital setting, requiring strong clinical skills and reliable transportation. Responsibilities include wound care, IV administration, medication management, and patient assessments.

Qualifikationen

• Valid RN or LPN Florida nursing license or Compact license.
• Valid Basic Life Support (BLS) card.
• Florida-required CEUs.
• Physical health form within last 6 months.
• Neg TB skin test results, Chest X-ray, or Quantiferon-TB Gold results.

• Perform 12hr skilled nursing shifts for wound care, IV administration, medication management, patient assessments.
• Conduct visits and hourly shifts as scheduled.
• Carry out shift-based care for patients needing extended clinical support.

Family Pillars Homecare is hiring Registered Nurses and/or LPN Nurses ASAP in Fort Pierce, Florida 34950.

We have 12hr day and night shifts available 7am-7pm and 7pm to 7am at this time. This is a 24/7 case at the patients bedside at the hospital.

NURSE RESPONSIBILITIES

Perform skilled nursing 12hr shifts for wound care, IV administration, medication management, patient assessments

Visits and hourly shifts available.

Carry out shift-based care for patients needing extended clinical support

Monitor and document patient condition and progress Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to update care plans

Maintain accurate records in compliance withHIPAA

Uphold infection control standards and agency protocols.

Pay rate: $35.00/hr and up for hourly shifts based on the patient care plans..

Pay rates may vary and are always confirmed at the time of scheduling.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

MUST HAVE VALID RN OR LPN FLORIDA NURSING LICENSE OR COMPACT LICENSE.

MUST HAVE VALIDBASIC LIFE SUPPORTCARD.

MUST HAVE FLORIDA REQUIRED CEUS.

MUST HAVE PHYSICAL HEALTH FORM WITHIN THE LAST 6 MONTHS

MUST HAVE A COPY OF A NEG TB SKIN TEST RESULTS, CHEST X-RAY or QUANTIFERON-TB GOLD BLOOD TEST RESULTS (QFT-PLUS) .

MUST HAVE LEVEL 2 BACKGROUND CLEARANCE TO VERIFY IN ACHA.

MUST SPEAK ENGLISH CLEARLY.

MUST HAVE GOOD DRIVING RECORD.

MUST HAVE RELIABLE TRANSPORTATION AND PROOF OF CAR INSURANCE.
