Qualifikationen

• Must be licensed as RN or LPN in Florida or have a valid Compact license.
• Must have valid Basic Life Support (BLS) card.
• Must have Florida CEUs.
• Must have health form within 6 months, TB/skin test or QFT-Plus, level 2 background check, and English proficiency.
• Must have good driving record, reliable transportation, and proof of car insurance.

Aufgaben

• Perform skilled nursing on 12-hour shifts for wound care, IV administration, medication management, and patient assessments.
• Visit patients and take hourly shifts as scheduled.
• Deliver shift-based care for patients needing extended clinical support.
• Monitor and document patient condition; collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to update care plans.
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant records and uphold infection control standards.
