Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have valid RN Florida license or Compact license.
• Must have valid BLS card.
• Must have Florida CEUs.
• Must have physical health form within last 6 months.
• Must have negative TB test results or equivalent (Chest X-ray/Quantiferon).
• Must have Level 2 background clearance for AHCA.
• Must speak English clearly.
• Must have reliable transportation and proof of car insurance.

Responsibilities

• Perform skilled nursing visits: wound care, IV administration, medication management, patient assessments.
• Carry out shift-based care for patients needing extended clinical support.
• Monitor and document patient condition and progress.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to update care plans.
• Maintain accurate records in compliance with HIPAA.
• Uphold infection control standards and agency protocols.
