Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide non-invasive bedside care including bathing, toileting, feeding, and grooming.
• Document vital signs, intake/output, weights, and specimens when applicable.
• Transfer patients using proper body mechanics and safe handling.
• Report changes in patient condition to nursing staff promptly.
• Maintain clean, safe patient rooms and beds for admissions.
• Respond promptly to patient and family calls and requests.
• Ensure environment complies with infection prevention standards.
• Complete trainings and support department-wide needs as assigned.
