Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide direct, non-invasive bedside care under RN supervision.
• Measure and document vital signs, intake/output, weights and specimens.
• Transfer patients using proper body mechanics and safe handling.
• Report changes in patient condition to nursing staff.
• Maintain clean, safe patient rooms and beds.
• Respond promptly to patient and family calls and requests.
