Job summary

Mattress Warehouse is hiring Retail Sales Consultants at our Hurricane, WV location. You will help customers find the right mattress using our bedMATCH system and a proven sales process, with compensation including an hourly wage, possible bonuses, and a strong 401(k) plan.

The role requires evenings, most holidays and weekends, with a 40–55 hour workweek. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus; you’ll lift up to 75 pounds and assist customers with loading their purchases.

Qualifications

• Bilingual with fluent English and Spanish; other languages a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds.
• Willing to work retail schedule including evenings, most holidays and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Sell premium mattresses using our proven sales process and bedMatch system.
• Assist customers with loading purchases onto their vehicles.
• Provide a relaxed, low-pressure shopping experience.
• Utilize tablets, POS, and bedMatch technology.
• Maintain showroom floor and assist with resets.
