Mattress Warehouse in Mount Laurel Township, NJ is seeking a Retail Sales Consultant to help customers find the right mattress using bedMATCH and our proven selling process. You will deliver a relaxed, low-pressure shopping experience and drive sales in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Motivated and successful Retail Sales Consultant
• Availability to work retail schedule including evenings, holidays and weekends
• Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish or other languages is a plus
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and assist customers with loading purchases
• Use of tablets, mobile POS and bedMatch system in selling process
• Team-oriented attitude, high energy and enthusiasm

Responsibilities

• Sell premium mattress/bedding using our bedMatch diagnostic sleep system
• Assist customers to find the right product based on 18 measurements and recommendations
• Provide a relaxed, low-pressure, educational shopping experience
• Load purchases onto customers' vehicles and reset showroom floor as needed
• Utilize tablets and POS for transactions and product information
• Contribute to a high-energy, team-oriented store environment
