Job summary

Elite Comfort Solutions, a Leggett & Platt Company, is seeking a Team Assembler for the bedding and foam product line. You will perform repetitive assembly operations using hand and power tools, moving products along the line and ensuring quality at each step.

The role requires 18+ and a high school diploma or GED, with a strong mechanical aptitude and ability to follow verbal and written instructions. Team-oriented environment with emphasis on safety and efficient production.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and able to perform essential duties.
• High School diploma or GED required; related experience helpful.
• Good mechanical aptitude and ability to follow instructions accurately.

Responsibilities

• Assemble products and sub-assemblies at assigned workstation using hand and power tools.
• Move completed assemblies to designated areas and stock racks as needed.
• Inspect for quality issues and proper glue bonding; ensure cleanliness and safety in work area.
• Assist teammates to maintain smooth workflow and meet productivity targets.
• Follow safety regulations and wear PPE as required.
