Job summary

Elite Comfort Solutions, a Leggett & Platt Company, is seeking a Team Assembler to perform a range of assembly operations on the bedding components line. You will use hand and power tools, assemble sub-assemblies, and move finished products to the next workstation.

The role requires at least 18 years old, a high school diploma or GED, and a good mechanical aptitude. You must follow safety rules, maintain a clean work area, and be able to read verbal and written instructions.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Follow instructions to assemble parts and components in prescribed sequence.
• Visually check and inspect work to ensure proper quality.

• Move finished assemblies to conveyors and designated areas.
• Assist team members to ensure a smooth production flow and quality product.
• Operate hand and power tools safely; use PPE as required.
