Job summary

Elite Comfort Solutions, a Leggett & Platt Company, is seeking a Team Assembler to perform repetitive assembly operations on the production line. You will move completed assemblies, stock materials, and ensure products meet quality standards.

The role emphasizes following safety rules, maintaining a clean work area, and supporting teammates to maintain smooth workflow. No supervisory responsibilities are included.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High School diploma or GED required; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Good mechanical aptitude and ability to follow instructions.

Responsibilities

• Assemble various parts and sub-assemblies at assigned stations using hand and power tools.
• Move completed assembly to designated areas and stock to/from workstations.
• Inspect products for glue bonding and quality issues to ensure a quality product.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and follow prescribed safety regulations.
• Assist teammates to ensure timely, high-quality output.
