Enbio-Corp is seeking an entry-level Medical Bed Repair Technician to join our field team. You will gain hands-on exposure to bed, gurney, and patient lift systems under direct supervision, performing basic diagnostics and repairs.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Conducts basic visual inspections and functional tests on medical beds, gurneys, and patient lifts.
  • Assists senior technicians in diagnosing mechanical and electrical issues.
  • Performs minor repairs, such as replacing broken casters, adjusting bed frames, and fixing simple wiring problems.
  • Learns and follows proper safety procedures, including infection control protocols.
  • Becomes familiar with essential tools, testing equipment, and diagnostic software.
  • Completes manufacturer training and certification programs to enhance knowledge.
  • Documents work performed and reports findings to higher-level technicians.
  • Performs basic preventative maintenance on beds, gurneys, and patient lifts, including lubrication, cleaning, and routine safety checks.
  • Demonstrates strong adaptability to different work environments and locations, including hospitals, clinics, and long-term care facilities.

Job description
