Qualifications

• Registered Nurse license (Indiana) required at hire or transfer date.
• BLS Provider certification within 30 days of hire or transfer date.
• Diploma from an accredited nursing program required.

Responsibilities

• Manage the bed board and assign beds for patients staying overnight.
• Coordinate with units and leadership for bed placement; non-bedside role.
• Implement and monitor patient care plans; document and communicate patient status.
• Serve as primary coordinator of multidisciplinary patient care.
• Record and execute physician and nursing orders.
• Assess and coordinate discharge planning with the healthcare team.
