Qualifications

• 2 years in a healthcare setting.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate real-time patient placement and bed assignment across the hospital to optimize admissions and throughput.
• Collaborate with nursing units, physicians, and ancillary departments to ensure safe, efficient care transitions in a 24/7 environment.
• Support capacity management by reducing patient boarding time and coordinating transfers from the ER, OR, and procedural areas.
