Job summary

The Hub Clinical Care Coordinator for the Tanner Transfer Bed Management Center will use acquired knowledge and experience to facilitate transfers and acceptance of patients for all facilities within Tanner Health System.

The position collects clinical information relative to a transfer request and then facilitates the transfer and bed request by matching the patient's clinical needs to the facility with bed capacity and service capability.

Qualifications

• Education: Associate Degree or 2 years of college coursework.
• Experience: Three years of related experience. Requires working knowledge of specialized practices, equipment, and procedures.
