• Develops dashboards and monthly reports on bed availability, utilization, operating expenses, and capital needs.
• Leads process improvement and evaluates technology and best practices to strengthen inventory visibility.
• Prepares operational and financial analyses and recommendations for Hospital Operations leadership.
