Job summary

Salford Royal NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Bed Management Support Team Administrator to assist the Site Management Team at Oldham. You will help gather bed capacity data and act as a central contact for NWAS, ICBs and other agencies involved in bed management.

This part-time role covers a 7-day rota. You will receive calls, monitor the bed management inbox, prepare reports, coordinate repatriations and support colleagues.

Qualifications

• Provide support to the Site Management Team.
• Handle telephone calls from internal and external providers.
• Monitor the bed management email inbox and distribute reports.

Responsibilities

• Receiving telephone calls from internal and external providers
• Monitoring bed management email inbox
• Compose and distribute reports to be shared with relevant parties
• Contact other sites for patients requiring repatriation
• Assisting other members of the Site Management Team
• Act as central point for all Oldham CO Bed management communication
• Provide information and support regarding bed management activity and escalation procedures
