Job summary

Piedmont Fayette Hospital is seeking a Bed Control Registered Nurse to coordinate bed assignments and optimize patient flow across departments. You will collaborate with ED, physicians, and inpatient units to ensure timely care and appropriate level of service.

The role requires 3–5 years of RN experience in acute care, EPIC EMR proficiency, and a GA RN license with BCLS. This PRN/Days position offers flexible scheduling and comprehensive hospital benefits.

Qualifications

• Graduate from a recognized, accredited school of nursing (Required).
• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing.
• 3–5 years of RN experience in acute care; critical care or emergency preferred.
• Current Georgia RN license and BCLS required.

Responsibilities

• Bed Control RN coordinates and assigns all beds at Piedmont Fayette Hospital.
• Collaborates with physician offices, ED, inpatient units, surgical services to optimize patient flow.
