Piedmont Fayette Hospital is seeking a Care Link coordinator for the nights shift (7pm–7am) to support inpatient and observation bed planning. You will collaborate with physician offices, the Emergency Department, Surgical Services and nursing floors to optimize patient flow and bed utilization.

Responsibilities include coordinating room assignments, ensuring timely admissions and discharges, and delivering efficient, high-quality service to patients and physicians across units.

Competenze

• Education: HS Diploma or GED required; Associate degree or 2 years college preferred.
• Work Experience: Previous healthcare admin experience preferred.

Provides efficient and appropriate utilization of beds in all areas.
