Piedmont Fayette Hospital is seeking a Nights Care Link Coordinator to optimize inpatient and observation bed assignments. You will collaborate with physicians, ED, surgical services, critical care, and medical/surgical floors to maintain smooth patient flow.

This full-time role supports efficient bed utilization across units, ensuring timely transfers and high-quality patient care. The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED, with preferred associate's degree or college credits and

• H.S. Diploma or GED is required.
• Associate's degree or two years of college is preferred.
