are eligible, with no felony convictions. HIPAA and legal agreements are required, with attorney consultations provided. The agency offers personalized guidance, ongoing support, and compensation options to reflect each surrogate’s needs and value.

Qualifications

• Women ages 21 to 43.
• Must have given birth to at least one child in your care.
• Uncomplicated pregnancies with OB/GYN approval to become pregnant.
• Living in a stable and supportive environment.
• U.S. citizen or permanent resident.
• Healthy, non-smoking lifestyle; drug- and vape-free.
• No felony convictions.
• Willing to sign HIPAA and legal agreements (attorney consultation provided).
• Not receiving government financial assistance such as food stamps, housing aid, or cash assistance.
• No prior surrogacy experience required.

Responsibilities

• Meet eligibility criteria and medical requirements for surrogacy.
• Sign HIPAA and legal agreements; participate in coordination with the agency.
• Coordinate with Intended Parents and medical team throughout the process.
