Qualifications

• Be between ages 21-39 years old

• US Citizen or Permanent Resident
• BMI under 30

Responsibilities

• Support intended parents through the surrogacy journey.
• Complete the agency intake process with guidance from staff.
• Maintain communication with your case manager and medical team.
• Attend monthly surrogate support meetings and group sessions.
