Qualifications

• Be between ages 21-39 years old
• Have one successful pregnancy
• US Citizen / Permanent Resident
• BMI under 30

Responsibilities

• Support intended parents through the surrogacy process
• Participate in medical, legal and emotional aspects of surrogacy as guided by the agency
• Maintain health and well-being during the surrogacy journey
