Qualifications

• Must be aged 21–39.
• BMI under 30 required.
• US citizen or permanent resident status required.
• Must have had at least one successful pregnancy.

Responsibilities

• Provide gestational surrogacy services to intended parents.
• Follow medical, legal, and emotional support processes throughout the surrogacy journey.
• Coordinate with the agency to ensure timely payments and compliance.
