Newport Post Acute and Rehabilitation Center is recruiting for a paid CNA training program. You will begin earning wages during training and progress toward certification, with support to join the Tennessee Nurse Aide Registry.

No CNA certification? No problem — we'll train you, and pay you while you learn.

Newport Post Acute and Rehabilitation Center is looking for caring, dependable people to join our team and become Certified Nursing Assistants. You don't need any prior healthcare experience — just a genuine desire to help others. We'll hire you on day one, pay you an hourly wage throughout training, and support you every step of the way to becoming a licensed CNA.

How it works:

• Get hired and start earning right away — no waiting until you're certified
• Complete our state-approved nurse aide training program (75 hours, per Tennessee requirements)
• Sit for the state competency exam (knowledge + skills test)

What you'll be doing (as a trainee and beyond):

Helping residents with daily activities like bathing, dressing, and grooming; assisting with mobility and transfers; taking vital signs; and being a warm, attentive presence for the residents you care for.
