Job Description

As a Beaver Creek Airport Transportation Dispatch Agent, you’ll be at the center of our guest communication and reservation operations. You’ll handle new bookings, respond to inbound phone calls and messages, arrange return trips, relay schedule updates, and make sure travelers clearly understand their airport shuttle details as plans change. This is a phone- and computer-based position that requires strong communication, organization, and consistent follow-through.

The pace can be fast during ski season, on busy weekends, during holidays, and amid weather-related travel disruptions. Job Responsibilities
