Job summary

Blue Sky Limo is seeking an organized, service-driven Airport Dispatch Agent for our Beaver Creek branch. You will manage reservations and coordinate transportation for guests traveling to and from Beaver Creek through DEN and EGE airports.

Qualifications

Fluent English with clear, professional communication skills.
Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple reservations and conversations simultaneously.
Experience in hospitality, reservations, dispatch, or call center is preferred.

Responsibilities

Manage the full lifecycle of guest reservations, from initial booking through trip completion.
Communicate with guests by phone and text to confirm pickup details and keep them informed of changes.
Monitor flight activity at DEN and EGE, adjusting schedules for delays or cancellations.
Coordinate with drivers to keep operations on time throughout the day.
Maintain accurate records for every reservation and ensure smooth shift changes during peak volume.
Handle busy call periods with patience, accuracy, and a customer-service mindset.
