Palm Beach Tan is seeking a friendly Part Time Retail Associate to join our team. In this role, you will help customers choose tanning services and products, while promoting memberships and maintaining a welcoming salon environment.

Ideal candidates bring retail or customer service experience, strong communication, and a positive, energetic attitude. Flexible part-time scheduling including evenings and weekends is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail, sales or customer service preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work a flexible part-time schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• Goal-oriented with a passion for meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Basic computer skills and comfort with POS systems.
• Positive, energetic attitude and professional appearance.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers with tanning services, product recommendations, and membership options
• Build lasting customer relationships to encourage repeat visits and membership retention
• Drive membership and retail sales by educating customers on tanning services, wellness services, and skincare products
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming salon environment
• Meet and exceed individual and store sales goals
