Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED and at least one year of experience in a retail sales environment that required meeting a defined sales goal.
• Experience selling beauty or cosmetic products and providing customer care.
• Ability to work with little supervision and escalate issues when necessary.
• Knowledge of products and brands to engage and meet customer needs.
• Experience building and maintaining relationships within a team.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be fluent in reading, writing and speaking English.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist with products, resolving issues to ensure a positive customer experience.
• Offer product demonstrations and consultations using tools like the Skin Hydrometer and tablet.
• Lead in-store events to promote brand awareness and loyalty of Owned Brands and total Beauty, Wellness and Personal Care.
• Build relationships with customers and provide authentic closure of interactions.
• Upsell and cross-sell by highlighting sale items and complimentary offerings.
• Maintain department hygiene, stock, testers, and comply with hygiene standards.
• Process sales at the cash register and participate in promotions and trainings.
