Job summary

Walgreens is seeking a Beauty Consultant to maximize sales and provide exceptional customer care in-store. You will conduct skincare consultations, mini-makeovers, and product demonstrations, leveraging tools like the Skin Hydrometer and a tablet to inform customers.

Build relationships, drive omni-channel engagement, and lead in-store beauty events to boost brand awareness and loyalty. The role emphasizes meeting sales goals, knowledge of cosmetics, and flexible scheduling, including evenings

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED and 1+ year in retail sales meeting sales goals.
• Ability to work with little supervision and self-driven objectives.
• Knowledge of beauty products and brands to meet customer needs.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist with products; resolve issues for positive experiences.
• Model best practices; understand customer needs and offer options.
• Demonstrate products and provide skincare consultations.
• Lead in-store events to promote brands and loyalty.
• Maintain clean, stocked department and handle sales at checkout.
• Participate in meetings and trainings; maintain professional appearance.
