Walgreens Co. is seeking a Beauty & Wellness Consultant to maximize customer care and brand awareness in the beauty department. You will perform skincare consultations, mini-makeovers, and product demonstrations, while promoting Owned Brands and total Beauty, Wellness and Personal Care.

The role involves leading in-store events and maintaining department standards. The position requires strong communication, a flexible schedule, and knowledge of beauty products.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED with retail sales or beauty product experience.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and meet objectives.
• Knowledge of beauty products and brands to meet customer needs.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.

Responsabilités

• Engage customers, greet them, and assist with products and services to ensure a positive experience.
• Demonstrate products and provide skincare consultations using in-store tools.
• Lead in-store events to promote brand awareness and loyalty.
• Build relationships and close customer interactions authentically.
• Support omni-channel engagement to enhance customer experience.
• Maintain department hygiene and stock, assist with price promotions.
