Job summary

Walgreens Beauty department seeks a dedicated Beauty & Wellness Consultant to maximize sales and deliver exceptional customer care. You will greet customers, perform product demonstrations, lead in-store events, and advise on skin and makeup needs across brands.

Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays is required in this role. Maintain department standards, assist with omni-channel engagement, and participate in trainings to stay current on trends and promotions.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required; retail sales exp with sales goals is a plus.
• Ability to sell beauty products and provide customer care with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and offer assistance; resolve issues to ensure positive experience.
• Demonstrate products and provide consultations using skincare tools.
• Lead in-store events to promote brands and loyalty.
• Maintain department hygiene and stock; handle cash register transactions.
• Engage with omni-channel solutions to enhance customer experience.
• Build relationships and provide closing of customer interactions.
