Premier Beauty Supply is seeking an Account Executive to cover the Chicago area. This role involves field sales, prospecting new accounts, and growing existing relationships through consultative selling. You’ll drive monthly sales targets, plan promotions, and represent the company at events.

Ideal candidates will have B2B sales experience, strong communication skills, and a proven ability to close deals. This on-site position offers bonuses and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in B2B sales.
• Proficient with iPad, iPhone and Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Must possess hunter and consultative sales acumen.
• Ability to build trust/rapport with clientele in a consultative selling environment.
• Strong closing and consultative selling skills.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and open accounts that do not currently do business with Premier Beauty.
• Grow the business in existing accounts.
• Achieve monthly sales and new business goals within territory.
• Develop productive relationships; respond to customer needs promptly.
• Assist accounts in planning promotions, staff education, and salon events.
• Keep growing in assigned territory and communicate needs to management.
