You'll manage daily operations, support onboarding, and foster an inclusive culture where clients feel valued. This role offers consistent scheduling with 30–40 hours per week and opportunities to grow within the Sephora brand.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in a retail, hospitality, or service environment.
• Proven ability to coach and inspire teams to achieve goals.
• Strong sales and client service skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable in a fast paced and dynamic environment.
• Quick learner with ability to absorb and share product knowledge and training.
• Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
