Sephora at CA-Santana Row is seeking a Sales and Service Leader to manage and grow a high-performing team. You will coach employees to deliver outstanding client service, drive sales with expert product knowledge, and support onboarding and continuous learning in service excellence and brand initiatives.

The role requires leadership experience in retail, strong communication, and a customer-first mindset. Full-time, hourly non-exempt position with a focus on peak operations and inclusivity.

Formación

• Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in retail, hospitality, or service
• Strong sales and client service skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to absorb and share product knowledge and training
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds

Responsabilidades

• Lead and inspire team members to deliver exceptional client service and achieve sales goals
• Drive performance through client engagement and product knowledge
• Coach for growth with ongoing feedback and development
• Train and develop onboarding and ongoing service excellence
• Execute daily store operations including inventory and visual merchandising
• Foster inclusivity and teamwork to empower staff
• Uphold Sephora standards and policies to ensure a safe, enjoyable shopping experience
