Victoria’s Secret & Co in Myrtle Beach is seeking a Beauty Supervisor to lead store operations, elevate customer experiences, and drive brand performance. In higher complexity stores, this role is guided by a Beauty Manager and reports to the Store Manager or Beauty Manager as assigned.

You will oversee visual execution, product storytelling, and coaching of associates, while executing daily workforce management to ensure brand standards and top-line growth in a dynamic retail environment.

A Victoria’s Secret & Co Beauty Supervisor is a values-based leader who delivers exceptional customer and associate experiences to grow brand top-line sales. This role is accountable for brand and customer experience execution within the store. In higher complexity stores, accountability is shared with and guided by a Beauty Manager. This role reports to the Store Manager or Beauty Manager, as assigned.

Key Responsibilities

• Visual execution within the beauty business
• Product storytelling and selling behaviors that bring the brand to life
• Sales floor and fitting room standards (if applicable)
• Category-level execution aligned to brand priorities and direction
• Partners with Operations Leaders to ensure product availability and readiness
• Identifies and escalates risks, gaps, and opportunities related to the customer and brand experience to ensure consistent execution
• Scope and level of responsibility may vary based on store size and business complexity. In some locations, this role may take on broader responsibility for leading the business
