• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Physical requirements include standing and lifting up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Set and achieve sales goals for in-store and digital selling.
• Seek industry trends and product knowledge to maintain expertise.
• Initiate service consultations by asking open-ended questions to learn customer preferences.
• Build lasting relationships with customers by following up on purchases and inviting them to events.
• Grow sales by focusing on appointment-based selling and Nordstrom Rewards accounts.
• Be an entrepreneur, create events in the store, and network in the community.
• Build and maintain strong vendor relationships within each Beauty brand.
• Hours and schedule will vary by week depending on business needs.
