The role emphasizes one-on-one service and a commission-based selling environment. The position requires at least 1 year in beauty, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of Beauty industry experience.
• The ability to work a flexible schedule based on department needs.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organization and follow-through.
• A high level of ownership, accountability and initiative.
• The ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilités

• Set and achieve sales goals, for in-store and digital selling with use of selling tools.
• Seek industry trends and product knowledge to maintain expertise.
• Initiate service consultations by asking open-ended questions to learn customer preferences.
• Build lasting relationships with customers by following up on purchases and inviting them to events.
• Grow sales by focusing on appointment-based selling and Nordstrom Rewards accounts.
• Build and maintain vendor relationships within Beauty brands to identify key focuses.
